我们是来自清华大学工业工程系人因与工效学研究所的师生。清华人因与工效学研究所研究人类与机器、环境之间交互作用的学问，包括生活和工作中的“人”与工具、设备、机器及周围环境之间的关系，目的是改善人们所常使用的器物与其所处的周围环境，使人的能力、本能极限和需求之间能有更好的配合。研究方向包括人机交互、人体测量、安全工程、虚拟现实、工作地设计、人性化产品设计等。
We are from Institute of Human Factors & Ergonomics, Department of Industrial Engineering, Tsinghua University, which was founded in 2007. Our collaboration projects are mainly about work study, human-computer interface, safety engineering, work space layout, job engineering. Our institute has established good communication and collaboration relationship with more than 10 companies and IE department in other schools. The communication and collaboration relationship are established through seminar, consultant, academic visit and project collaboration. Our institute tries to gain experience, enhance ability, keep in the top of the field through communication.
